This resolution calls on North Korea to release any abducted foreign nationals, including those from Japan. The resolution also urges North Korea to return the remains of deceased abductees, to make appropriate restitution, to apologize, and to permanently cease such activities.

This resolution expresses condolences to the families, friends, and loved ones of the victims of the crash of American Eagle Flight 5342 and the U.S. Army helicopter flying under the call sign PAT 25 near Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport on January 29, 2025. The resolution also commends the heroic actions of the first responders, emergency services personnel, and all those who aided in the recovery efforts.

**Stay on Schedule (S.O.S.) Resolution** This resolution prevents the House of Representatives from adjourning in August until it has passed regular appropriations legislation for the fiscal year beginning in October.  The resolution specifies that it is out of order for the House to consider a concurrent resolution for its adjournment during any day in August until the House has passed all of the regular appropriations bills.

**Keeping Drugs Out of Schools Act of 2025** This bill allows the Office of National Drug Control Policy to award grants for eligible entities to implement school-community partnerships for preventing and reducing substance use and misuse among youth. *Eligible entity* refers to a coalition that (1) receives or has received a grant under the Drug-Free Communities Support Program, and (2) has a memorandum of understanding in effect with not less than one local school to establish a school-community partnership.
