This resolution provides amounts for the expenses of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform for the 119th Congress.

**Mail Traffic Deaths Reporting Act of 2025** This bill requires the U.S. Postal Service to issue regulations to mandate collecting, tracking, and publicly reporting information related to deaths and injuries resulting from traffic crashes involving vehicles transporting mail. The bill also requires (1) Postal Service employees and contractors to report within three days any traffic crash involving a vehicle used in the transportation of mail and resulting in injury or death, (2) the Postal Service to maintain an internal database that includes comprehensive information related to such injuries and deaths, and (3) the Postal Service to provide an annual report to the public summarizing such injuries and deaths.

This bill designates the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 10660 Page Avenue in Fairfax, Virginia, as the "Congressman Gerald E. Connolly Post Office Building".

**Keep SNAP Funded Act of 2025** This bill provides appropriations for the Department of Agriculture (USDA) to provide uninterrupted benefits under the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) during any period in which legislation has not been enacted to provide continuing or full-year FY2026 appropriations to USDA.  The bill also provides appropriations for retroactive payments for SNAP benefits that were missed on or after September 30, 2025, and before this bill is enacted.  The appropriations provided by this bill are available until legislation is enacted to provide FY2026 appropriations for USDA (including continuing appropriations).

**Chiropractic Medicare Coverage Modernization Act of 2025** This bill expands Medicare coverage of chiropractic services to include all services provided by chiropractors, rather than only subluxation corrections through manual manipulation of the spine.

**Stopping Home Office Work's Unproductive Problems Act of 2025 or the SHOW UP Act of 2025** This bill requires each executive agency (other than the Government Accountability Office) to establish as its current policies the telework policies that were in place on December 31, 2019. Agencies may not implement expanded telework policies unless the Office of Personnel Management certifies that such policies, among other requirements, will have a positive effect on the agency's mission and operational costs.
