Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives in condemning the Government of the People's Republic of China for its harassment and efforts to intimidate American citizens and other individuals on United States soil with the goal of suppressing speech and narratives the People's Republic of China finds unwelcome.

This resolution condemns China's efforts to suppress free speech, assembly, and academic freedom in the United States and reaffirms the U.S. commitment to defending the rights of individuals to express themselves freely both domestically and globally. The resolution also calls on U.S. federal and local law enforcement agencies to take swift action against China's attempts to extend its intolerance of dissent into the United States.
